Aims & Objectives
a) To improve employability of the Graduates: The College provides proper counseling to the students and their guardians regarding the fact that Graduation in any discipline with excellent results and dynamism in terms of presentation has always a wider scope for employability in public, private, and corporate sectors. To develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills among the learners.
b) To improve the learning outcomes of the students: Learning outcomes of the students are assessed so as to create the scope for better employability. In order to improve the learning outcomes and enhance their employability skills, Continuous Formative Assessment / Internal Assessments based on class tests, assignments, seminar, case studies, group discussions, project work, etc., are conducted from time to time. In addition, students are introduced to the fundamentals of computer and e-learning. They are made familiar with smart classes and are compulsorily asked to participate in debates, seminars, and workshops with oral and paper presentations.
c) Enhancement of Research and Consultancy Activities: Many of the College faculties are engaged in research activities. They regularly participate in Faculty Development Programs, Seminars, and Workshops. They have published their research work in reputed national and international journals and also have many books to their credit. In addition, NEP 2020 Implementation provides the opportunity to students to carry out research work in the 4 th year of their respective UG Program.
